We’re working alongside an esteemed law firm that’s seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their successful department in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, from managing your own caseload to supporting three partners with their intricate cases. Moreover, you’ll be working with clients on various commercial disputes, from banking and finance issues to intellectual property disputes.

As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Commercial Litigation and be able to demonstrate a profound knowledge of legal principles and court procedures related to this field. Your ability to manage time, record billings, and recover costs effectively will be crucial in this role.
