Who we’re looking for

• 1 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor or newly qualified with paralegal experience in dispute resolution
• Confident handling a varied caseload of litigation matters
• Experience in lending disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and general commercial litigation
• A great cultural fit – someone who values teamwork, is social and collaborative

What you’ll be doing

• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision from senior colleagues
• Working on a broad mix of litigation matters including lending disputes, insolvency and debt recovery
• Supporting partners on larger and more complex cases
• Attending networking and social events as part of the team’s BD activity
• Playing an active role in the collaborative 1litigation team

Salary & benefits

• £40,000 – £44,000 depending on experience
