This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3–5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established regional firm in Bury.
They are looking for someone who can work autonomously now and grow over time.
The work is already there. The team is busy and turning instructions away, but they understand it takes time to build momentum. You’ll be supported as you build towards consistent monthly billings.
Who we’re looking for
- 3–5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
- Confident running matters autonomously
- Experience across a broad range of lower to mid-market commercial property work
- Interest or exposure to real estate finance (Desired)
- Ambition to grow into a senior, influential position within the team
- Down-to-earth, energetic and commercially minded personality
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own commercial property caseload
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant matters, and general commercial property transactions
- Supporting on real estate finance work
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local clients and referrers
- Attending local networking events where appropriate
- Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
