A market-leading contentious probate boutique with big plans for 2024 is looking for a qualified lawyer with at least eight years PQE to join its Legal 500 specialist team in Manchester.
As a result of a substantial cash injection, the firm has recently embarked on an exciting growth trajectory and is looking to grow their Legal 500 specialist team at all levels. Coming in as a Senior Associate or Partner, you’ll play a key role in this growth.
You’ll only need to go into the office one day a week (or can work fully remotely if you wish). What’s more, the firm’s FamilyFlex scheme will allow you to decide how many hours you want to work each week, so you can fit your job around your family and personal commitments.
Working alongside ACTAPs-qualified and Legal 500 noted lawyers, you’ll learn from the best as you develop your expertise in this rewarding and highly sought-after area of the law. You’ll make a real difference to your clients lives as you advise them on a range of probate work, including wills disputes and Inheritance Act claims on behalf of high-net-worth and vulnerable individuals.
You’ll be able to play to your strengths and tailor the role to suit you, by for example, getting involved in business development or specialising in a particular kind of work.
And, if progression is important to you, the sky’s the limit and you’ll benefit from a clear progression pathway all the way from paralegal to equity partner.
And, if that’s not enough, you’ll enjoy a top-of-the-market salary and benefits package, including enhanced maternity, private health insurance and a generous ongoing bonus scheme.
