Who we’re looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant
- Strong understanding of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- LEAP case management experience (Desired)
- Friendly, grounded and confident in a team-based setting
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting fee earners with a mix of sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and remortgage files
- Managing client onboarding including quotes, ID checks, and contracts
- Preparing completion packs, invoices and final statements
- Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, and lenders
- Keeping the case management system updated and accurate
- Providing general administrative support across the conveyancing team
Salary & benefits
- Up to £30,000, depending on experience
