Who we’re looking for

• 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law
• Experienced in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales
• Comfortable running deals and mentoring junior lawyers
• Commercially sharp, strategic, and an excellent communicator
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, low-ego mindset
