With a stream of existing work, cross-department referrals, and genuine buy-in from the partnership, you’ll have the platform to shape the corporate offering in your image, with partnership firmly on the table.

Who we’re looking for
- 6+ PQE (or 3+ if exceptionally strong) in transactional corporate law
- Experienced in handling M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and business sales
- Comfortable running deals and mentoring junior lawyers
- Commercially sharp, strategic, and an excellent communicator
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, low-ego mindset
