A highly respected Legal 500 in the West Midlands is recruiting for a Court of Protection Solicitor with at least three years; experience to join its team as an Associate.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Court of Protection solicitor looking for a step up on the career ladder and an enhanced title – with plenty of future opportunities for progression to a more senior role.  

You’ll manage a small caseload of property and financial affairs deputyship matters, on behalf of the Deputy, taking deputyship instructions both alone and alongside more senior colleagues and responsibility for the preparation of deputyship applications and client meetings. 
 
The team has grown in both size and stature due to its impeccable reputation in the market.
