A well-established law firm is expanding its Court of Protection team and is looking for paralegals to join them as a result of continued growth.

You’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners with a caseload of property and financial affairs deputyships, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in Court of Protection work is preferred but not essential.
  • Applications are welcome from related non-legal backgrounds, such as social work or community care.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & benefits

  • Hybrid working – fully office-based initially, with one remote working day per week after the settling-in period.
  • A minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year.
