Court of Protection Senior/Managing Associate Solicitor
- 8+ PQE Grade A Solicitor
- Top-of-market salary
- Progression opportunity
- Work from home two days per week
- Grow your own team
A national practice with a fantastic reputation is looking for a Grade A Court of Protection Solicitor with 8+ PQE to join them as a Senior Associate or Managing Associate and grow something of their own.
The role comes with a top-of-market salary and the opportunity to step up into a more interesting role with a more senior title. You’ll be able to grow a team out around you and make something of your own.
Not only this, but you’ll get to work from home for two days per week, with the rest of the week spent in Oxford where the Court of Protection team is based – for some, this would be a nice change of scenery in one of the most picturesque cities in the UK!
The work is varied and interesting, including matters where an individual or trust corporation is appointed as deputy. You’ll handle a readily available Grade A caseload for clients who have been catastrophically injured and who need help to administer awards of compensation, elderly clients who have lost capacity and Office of the Public Guardian panel cases often involving sensitive and contentious issues.
Alongside your caseload, you’ll play a key role within the team and help nurture the careers of the junior lawyers you work with.
Your own future will feel very secure here, with the firm delivering an impressive track record of significant year-on-year growth over the last decade, including 10% growth in 2022.
In terms of career development, the firm offers an award-winning growth leadership programme and is also featured in The Top 50 Best Companies to Work for.
It also offers a fantastic benefits package including life insurance and enhanced maternity/paternity leave. If you would like to work part-time or reduce your hours, the firm is willing to consider this for the right candidate.
