Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in Court of Protection
- Confident handling a range of Court of Protection and OPG matters including:
- Deputyship applications (Property & Financial Affairs / Health & Welfare)
- Applications for replacement trustees, gifting, and Statutory Wills
- Contested Court of Protection proceedings
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in business development
- Committed to delivering exceptional client care and contributing to a collaborative team culture
