This firm is growing its specialist Court of Protection department and is looking for a passionate lawyer to join its Manchester office.

Who we’re looking for

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with 1yr+ in COP or Private Client
• Sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection Rules
• Comfortable handling client contact, out-of-office visits and real-world legal challenges
• Compassionate and committed to helping vulnerable clients and their families
• STEP qualification or interest in gaining it
• Interest in building a long-term career in property & affairs COP work
