This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Defence Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a firm on a journey of change and growth, and be part of something genuinely special.
You’ll benefit from intensive training and building a personal brand within motoring offences, with a clear path to step into a leadership role as the team grows.
Who we’re looking for
- 3+ PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor
- Solid experience in general criminal defence matters
- Willingness to specialise in motoring offences
- Confident communicator who can build rapport and convert leads
- Ambitious, resilient, and ready to grow with the firm
- Advocacy experience
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a varied criminal defence caseload
- Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries from marketing activity
- Work towards increasing lead conversion with support from the team
- Contribute to the wider firm strategy as it evolves
- Potential to step into a team leader role over time
