This is an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Defence Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a firm on a journey of change and growth, and be part of something genuinely special.

You’ll benefit from intensive training and building a personal brand within motoring offences, with a clear path to step into a leadership role as the team grows.

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor
• Solid experience in general criminal defence matters
• Willingness to specialise in motoring offences
• Confident communicator who can build rapport and convert leads
• Ambitious, resilient, and ready to grow with the firm
• Advocacy experience

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a varied criminal defence caseload
• Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries from marketing activity
• Work towards increasing lead conversion with support from the team
• Contribute to the wider firm strategy as it evolves
• Potential to step into a team leader role over time
