Are you a commercial litigation solicitor ready to step up without the burden of billing targets? We’re looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative dispute resolution team based in Manchester.

You’ll handle high-level commercial litigation cases, working with medium to large businesses on matters ranging from six-figure contract disputes to multi-million-pound claims. With no billing targets, you can focus on delivering premium service without being overstretched. The firm has a strong track record of internal promotion and a non-corporate culture that truly values work-life balance.

Who we’re looking for

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally 4+ PQE for Associate or 7+ PQE for Senior Associate
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, ideally including High Court work
• Strong technical skills and confident running files independently
• Team player — collaborative, proactive, and down-to-earth
• Ambitious — eager to progress in a growing, supportive environment
• Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
