Who we’re looking for
- A qualified solicitor with strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work
- Exposure to HNW and complex matters is highly desirable
- Able to independently manage a busy caseload from day one
- Commercially minded with excellent business development skills and an existing professional network
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to make a real difference
What you’ll be doing
- Handling your own caseload of divorce and financial remedy cases, often involving HNW clients and complex assets
- Building and managing client and referrer relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service
- Working closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues to help shape the direction of the team
- Actively engaging in BD and marketing activities to support the department’s growth
- Contributing to a positive, forward-thinking culture that puts clients at the heart of everything
Salary & Benefits
