Are you a skilled EL/PL lawyer with a passion for mentoring and leading others? This is your opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading personal injury firms and help shape the future of a growing and ambitious practice.
You’ll lead a team working on a diverse mix of fast- and multi-track personal injury matters (valued up to £100k), including EL, PL, OL, and RTA claims. You’ll guide, develop, and support colleagues, maintain high technical standards, and ensure outstanding client service — all while managing your own caseload.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with expertise in EL/PL work
- Proven track record of success in serious injury or multi-track personal injury cases
- Passion for leadership and developing others
- Excellent technical knowledge and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and organisation skills
