A highly regarded regional law firm is looking for a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least three years’ experience to join its team in the West Midlands.   

This is a fantastic opportunity for family lawyers will a solid billing track record, as they are willing to determine and increase your salary based on your billing performance over the last three years.  

You’ll be able to top up your earnings further as you’ll receive a bonus of 20% of anything you bill over target. As you’ll be managing your own caseload of exclusively private family matters, you’ll have a great opportunity to boost your salary.  

You’ll work directly for a highly experienced family law expert, who started out their legal life as a barrister.  

You will work as part of a supportive team with hybrid working and you’ll be well-supported with your cases, as the firm has a ton of paralegal and secretarial support.   

The firm also offers a significantly enhanced annual leave package, which includes your birthday off and additional leave for the Christmas period. The role also comes with a host of other benefits, including free parking.
