Who we’re looking for

  • Strong background in private matrimonial finance work (majority of caseload)
  • Experience supervising and mentoring team members
  • Comfortable leading a team of experienced lawyers and paralegals
  • Business development experience (marketing support already in place)
  • Private family background (no legal aid focus)
  • Personality fit: relaxed, down-to-earth, no ego, with the spark and ideas to shape a department

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking over leadership of a private Family department
  • Managing a caseload predominantly focused on matrimonial finances
  • Supervising and mentoring a team
  • Gradually transitioning into full Head of Department responsibilities
  • Maintaining team stability and morale
  • Developing and growing the matrimonial finance offering
  • Contributing to business development, supported by an established marketing structure
