This is a standout opportunity for an established Family Partner to play a key role in expanding a top-tier family law practice across Leeds.

You’ll be joining a firm with a clear national growth strategy, strong investment, and a proven track record of successfully opening and scaling new offices.

From day one, you’ll be trusted to shape the Leeds offering, build relationships, and become the face of the family practice in the region with the backing, referrals, and infrastructure to do it properly.

Who we’re looking for

  • Family Partner with a strong private family law background
  • Significant experience in divorce and financial remedy work
  • Someone who enjoys business development and understands the importance of personal brand
  • Comfortable preparing and executing a business plan, rather than relying solely on fed work
  • Existing following or strong network (Desired)
  • Open to managing and mentoring junior lawyers as the Leeds team grows
  • A strong work ethic, commercial mindset, and willingness to get stuck in

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the face of the family team in Leeds
  • Managing a high-quality caseload focused on divorce and financial remedy work
  • Advising HNW and UHNW clients from affluent pockets of the UK
  • Shaping and delivering the strategy for building the Leeds office
  • Contributing to team-based targets focused on quality of work, not internal competition
  • Mentoring junior lawyers as the team grows
  • Working closely with an established, award-winning national family team across multiple offices
