This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly specialised, nationally recognised family team in North Yorkshire.
You’ll work alongside leading partners and senior lawyers, handling high-quality cases involving business assets, farming businesses, trusts, pensions, and matters with international dimensions. With work already available to pick up, you’ll also have the chance to build strong professional relationships and contribute to the team’s business development.
The team is collaborative, relaxed, and non-corporate in culture, despite being part of a large national firm. They’re ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and are known for excellence, depth of expertise, and supportive career development.
Who we’re looking for
- Family Solicitor, 4PQE+ up to Senior Associate
- Strong experience in complex financial and private children matters
- Advocacy experience in family court or public speaking
- Ambitious, confident, empathetic, approachable and collaborative
- Business development ability and confidence in building referrer relationships
What you’ll be doing
- Running a caseload of complex, high-value family matters
- Advising clients face-to-face and remotely with first-class service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices nationally
- Developing relationships with other professionals to grow your practice
- Getting involved in BD, networking and client development
- Contributing to the team’s continued Tier 1 reputation
