You’ll manage your own caseload of multi-track matters and assist more senior fee earners on complex, catastrophic injury claims. You’ll also have the chance to support and supervise junior staff, develop your skills, and get involved in business development and marketing if desired.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ PQE or equivalent experience as a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Strong experience handling fast-track and multi-track personal injury cases
  • Knowledge of claimant-side personal injury law
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Proficient with legal case management systems
  • Experience supervising and supporting junior staff
  • Business development and networking experience
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury matters, mainly multi-track
  • Assisting senior colleagues with catastrophic and high-value injury claims
  • Providing outstanding legal advice and client care
  • Supervising and delegating work to trainees and paralegals
  • Using the firm’s case management system accurately and efficiently
  • Getting involved in business development and representing the firm externally
  • Working collaboratively within the team and contributing to firm growth
