Are you a senior Commercial Property solicitor looking to step into a leadership role with real influence?
This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of an established Commercial Property department while working within a firm that has a growing network of people-first lawyers with strong values and serious ambition.
You’ll manage your own healthy caseload while shaping the future of the team, supporting colleagues, and leading on strategy, recruitment, and development.
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience with forecasting and departmental planning
- Comfortable balancing people management with a personal caseload
- Open-minded and collaborative
- Culturally engaged and ready to get involved in wider firm initiatives
- Open to 4-day week applicants
Salary & benefits
- Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working with 1–2 days WFH per week
- Flexible start/finish times
