As Head of Court of Protection, you will provide strategic leadership while maintaining a reduced caseload. You’ll have the autonomy to develop the team, implement growth strategies, and play a key role in the firm’s expansion plans. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, this role is ideal for a forward-thinking solicitor who wants to enhance client service, build a high-performing team, and shape the future of Court of Protection work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Court of Protection leader who:

• Is a qualified solicitor with the necessary experience to be appointed as a Director of the Trust Corporation.

• Has proven experience leading a Court of Protection team, including recruitment, training, and team development.

• Has a strong track record of managing Deputyship and Trust matters.

• Is confident in coaching and mentoring other lawyers and managers.

• Is commercially minded, with experience in budgeting and growing team productivity.

• Has excellent client service skills and the ability to form positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Is tech-savvy, with an interest in using technology to enhance legal services.
