Head of Private Client – Progression opportunity – Equity opportunities – Three days from home

Apply now

A full-service law firm based in Sheffield city centre is seeking a Head of Private Client with at least seven years’ experience of advising on private client matters to lead its award-winning team.

You may already lead a team or be an Associate-level solicitor with leadership capabilities looking for the next step in their career. For the right candidate, there will be a salaried partnership offered from the outset, with the potential for equity in the business in the near future.

You’ll also be able to work from home three days per week and maintain a fantastic life/work balance at this friendly and supportive firm.

The team handles a mixed caseload of tax, trusts, estate planning and protection, wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. You will have some fee-earning responsibilities, existing files as well as building their own workload and supervising the staff within the team.

You will be required to supervise staff and get involved in business development, in the future but there is an existing caseload and team of support staff available.

The firm will also support you to become a member of SFE and become a STEP-qualified practitioner, if you do not already have this accreditation.

In addition to a competitive salary and the opportunity to step up now and in the future, you will receive excellent benefits, such as a health plan, enhanced pension contribution, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and free parking.
