Are you a residential conveyancer looking to carve out a niche and develop your career in an international-facing team? Do you speak a second language and want to put it to use in a meaningful way?
This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking international property team and become a key part of their expansion into new markets. The team already has strong foundations in the Polish and Romanian communities and is looking for someone who can bring new energy, language skills, and leadership potential.
You’ll step into a ready-made caseload of residential conveyancing work for foreign nationals, work with a culturally diverse team, and play a pivotal role in developing internal referral streams and growing a sub-team around your language or community knowledge.
Who we’re looking for
- 3–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience working with international clients strongly preferred
- Fluency in Polish is a priority; other second languages also of great interest
- Able to run files independently and support the supervision of a trainee
- Warm, people-focused, and ambitious to make a mark
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience and language skills
