We’re looking for a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join a growing, well-regarded team in Leeds.

Who we’re looking for
- Junior Private Client Solicitor
- Exposure to wills and LPAs preferred; probate-only experience less suited
- Open to NQs and 1–3PQE solicitors, as well as non-qualified fee earners
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused with strong client-care skills
- Willingness to learn and develop, particularly in HNW matters
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting senior lawyers on HNW estates and complex tax/estate planning
- Running your own caseload of wills, LPAs and probate files
- Drafting documents and handling client correspondence
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and other professionals
- Playing an active role in the team’s growth and future development
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE
- Hours: Full time (35 hours), part time considered
- Flexible working: 2 days from home; blend of Harrogate/Leeds office attendance
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + extra leave for length of service
- Support for STEP, CILEX or training contract (with tuition fees covered)
- Clear progression path: Paralegal → Associate → Senior Associate
