Our client, a market-leading clinical negligence boutique with multiple offices, is looking for a legal costs draftsperson with at least three years’ experience to join its established costs department at either its Manchester, Leeds or Southport office.

The firm offers highly competitive pay and bonuses and you’ll also be able to work from home for a significant portion of your week.

The right candidate will be able to manage their own costs caseload, drafting bills of costs and costs budgets confidently, and have experience of Proclaim and Cost Master.

In the role, you will also be reviewing opponent’s points of dispute and preparing replies, and there is the potential for you to attend CCMC hearings.

The firm offers genuine progression as, in addition to Associate and Partner fast-track programmes, they have a dedicated Learning & Development team that helps team members to quickly gain the skills they need to progress.

The team deals with the full range of personal injury and clinical negligence work, from fast-track matters through to multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims.
