Legal Costs Draftsperson – Hybrid working
Our client, a leading national law firm based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a legal costs draftsperson to join its centralised law costs team.
This well-respected, national, multi-service firm offers an unrivalled flexible and agile working environment, and you’ll be able to work from home for part of your week.
The right candidate will have experience of negotiating and agreeing costs with paying party solicitors, and preparing points of reply and matters for provisional/detailed assessment.
In the role, you’ll be drafting bills of costs (including Precedent S Electronic Bills), N260s, Schedules for JSM and Precedent H Cost budgets. You would also be overseeing the issuing of the Notice of Commencement and associated documents, dealing with budget negotiations, and preparing Precedent R and Precedent T documents.
The firm is set for future growth and has an extensive in-house progression framework that supports its team members in developing new skills and further their career.
