Legal Costs Draftsperson

Apply now
  • A role with great prospects as part of a growing national specialist costs firm
  • Track record of promoting from within and speedy career progression
  • Hybrid working
  • Unrivalled exposure to a wide array of high-value, complex work – working for some of the largest law firms in the UK

A national costs specialist law firm is recruiting for a legal costs draftsperson to join its team in Manchester or Leeds.

The role comes with excellent career prospects as part of a large, growing team and the opportunity for hybrid working.

The firm has a track record of promoting from within and takes a proactive, people-centric approach to the progression of team members. On joining, you’ll be assigned your own personal mentor and coach to ensure you have the chance to accelerate your career as quickly as you wish to.

Working for a specialist costs firm (rather than within an in-house team) will be fantastic for your future career development too, as you’ll build in-depth experience across lots of different practice areas and case types.

Your clients will include boutique, regional and national law firms – including the Top 10 City firms – and you’ll get unrivalled exposure to a wide variety of high-value commercial litigation, Court of Protection and PI/clinical negligence.

In the role, you’ll be drafting budgets, bills and other documentation in complex, high-value matters. The right candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role.
