An award-winning national law firm is looking for Legal PA / executive assistant to join its team in Leeds.
Not only does this opportunity come with a top-of-market salary (20%+ above market rate for legal PA roles in Leeds), but you will be able to work from home for two days per week – which, again, is rare for PA roles within the legal market.
If progression is important to you, PAs have numerous opportunities to upskill and develop their career.
The firm offers extremely favourable policies and packages for parents and has developed several in-house progression programmes for women.
The firm has a plethora of employer accreditations and awards; not only was the firm named by The Times as one of the Top 50 Employers for Women, but it’s been recognised as a Top 75 Employer by the Social Mobility Foundation and is also Disability Confident Committed.
Additional benefits include life assurance and income protection, enhanced pension, healthcare package, enhanced annual leave package with the opportunity to buy and sell holidays, mental health and wellbeing initiatives including in-house counselling, annual health screening and annual bonus.
You’ll have the option to get involved with various firm initiatives and be able to champion your interests at work, such as social committees and projects supporting diversity, neurodiversity and mental health.
In the role, you’ll provide PA support to a diverse team of partners and solicitors, aiding with client billing and reports, document production, client liaison, file management, diary management, event support and arranging travel.
The right candidate will have experience of providing legal PA support and have excellent communication skills. You’ll be able to take the initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team. Law graduates without prior experience in a similar role won’t be considered.
