As a Legal Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in helping lawyers find the right roles, working hand-in-hand with consultants and using your people skills and attention to detail to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying talent – Proactively source and connect with lawyers on the phone, on LinkedIn, and from our database
  • Building relationships – Have meaningful conversations with legal professionals and help guide them through their job search as they develop their careers
  • Supporting consultants – Work closely with our consultants to qualify jobs and match the right lawyers with the right law firms
  • Keeping things moving – Manage your workflow and pipeline to make sure lawyers have a smooth, positive experience from start to finish
  • Learning and growing – Receive one-to-one support and structured training to build your confidence and career
