Who we’re looking for
- Newly qualified solicitor or paralegal with 6+ months’ contentious probate experience
- Interest in specialising and building a career in this niche area of law
- Good general litigation experience
- Excellent client care, organisation, and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting on contentious probate files and gradually building your own caseload
- Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties
- Drafting legal documents and maintaining accurate records
- Progressing cases under supervision, with growing autonomy over time
- Contributing to team billing targets and supporting the wider litigation team
- Participating in training and development to sharpen your skills
