Are you an ambitious commercial litigation solicitor ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join a modern, Legal 500-recognised firm based in Staffordshire. This is a unique opportunity to act as the No.2 to the Head of Department, helping to grow the team and build long-term client relationships with the support of an exceptional marketing and sales team.

You’ll work on a varied caseload of high-value, complex disputes and benefit from a supportive, family-friendly culture where a healthy work-life balance is genuinely valued.

Who we’re looking for

• Broad dispute resolution experience across commercial litigation and property litigation
• Comfortable handling a caseload independently
• Commercially minded and proactive with a personable, client-focused approach
• A network of contacts or some BD experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Eager to play a leadership role and mentor junior team members
