This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join a friendly and collaborative team in Trafford.
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload, focusing on higher-value work, and play a key role in delivering both results and excellent client care.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced EL/PL fee earner, ideally with a few years’ case-handling experience
- Confident running your own caseload from start to finish
- Solid billing track record but equally strong on client care
- Qualified Solicitor/CILEx or working towards qualification (firm will support)
- Personable, down-to-earth and a team player
What you’ll be doing
- Independently manage a caseload of EL/PL cases, including higher-value matters
- Progress files efficiently while providing excellent client care
- Handle both pre- and post-issue claims
- Meet agreed billing targets (proportionate to experience/salary)
- Work collaboratively in an open, friendly environment with lots of support
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £40k DOE (flexibility for the right candidate)
- Hybrid working: Up to 3 days WFH (more office-based at the start for training)
- Hours: 9–5 with some flexibility available
