A firm, located in Altrincham, is looking for a senior commercial property lawyer to join as Head of Commercial Property. You’ll work closely with a partner to lead and grow the team, stepping into a live caseload of high-quality transactional work while helping shape the future of the department.

Who we’re looking for
- 8+ PQE commercial property solicitor or equivalent
- Broad experience across acquisitions, disposals, landlord/tenant work, and finance
- Confident managing clients ranging from SMEs to developers
- Leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable
- Commercially-minded and relationship-driven
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
- Collaborative, grounded, and people-focused
