If you’re a Private Client Fee Earner with 1–2 years’ experience and can confidently run your own caseload, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected regional law firm with a genuinely down-to-earth culture.
You’ll be stepping into an already busy workload, helping ease pressure on a stretched team following a recent departure. The firm is growing fast across its Yorkshire offices, and they’re now looking for not just one, but two capable fee earners to support the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re based locally, want to avoid city-centre commutes, and are looking for a role where your contribution will be truly valued.
Who we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience running your own private client caseload
- Broad knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and estate admin
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the ethos, values, and quality standards of the firm
- Computer literacy and familiarity with legal systems
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a full mixed caseload of private client work
- Providing exceptional service to clients in a professional and pleasant manner
- Liaising with colleagues and external organisations to progress matters
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times
- Achieving billing and time-recording targets
- Supporting and developing immediate support staff (if required)
- Participating in business development and promoting the firm
- Contributing to internal training and ongoing development
