  • Modern legal group investing heavily in its private client arm
  • Significant opportunities for progression within a rapidly expanding team – working closely with the firm’s management team
  • Hybrid working of two days per week

A high-profile, rapidly expanding legal group is recruiting for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner (could be Paralegal or CILEX) to help drive forward the next phase of its strategy to become the law outfit making the biggest positive difference to people’s lives in the UK.

The role comes with significant opportunities for progression, as the group is massively investing in its private client arm as a key driver of the business. In this pivotal role, you’ll be working closely with the management team to drive the next phase of the firm’s private client growth strategy – marking you out for a leadership role in the near future.

While the firm sits outside Manchester city centre in a well-connected suburb, it still pays city centre salaries – meaning you will take home a great salary without the need to be sat at your desk past 5pm. You’ll also be able to work from home for two days per week.

The private client team at this firm has delivered double-digit growth each year since its inception and is on an extremely positive growth trajectory, with a significant, stable caseload of existing work. There will therefore be no requirement to spend a substantial amount of your time attending networking events or on business development.

Due to its unique offering and business plan, the team has attracted several highly experienced private client lawyers from national, city centre firms, who you’ll be able to learn from as they take you under their wing.

Equally, the managing partner of the firm takes an active role in the development of their team members and will champion your career development and prospects as you grow with the firm.

In the role, you will handle your own caseload of private client work, including wills and probate. The role is easily commutable from all areas of Greater Manchester with fantastic train/metro transport links, and quick access to the M60.
