A friendly, well-respected firm in Lancashire is looking for a private client fee earner (could be an NQ, legal executive or senior paralegal) to join its growing team.
The firm is flexible on location, so you’ll be able to choose the nearest of two offices, plus you’ll be able to work from home for 50% of your week.
Working as part of a close-knit team of ten, you’ll be able to learn from, and be supported by, established private client solicitors and paralegals.
There is a ready caseload available for you due to organic growth. You’ll manage a varied caseload of private client matters, ranging from Wills, administration of estates, preparation of estate accounts, drafting deeds of variation and all related taxation issues, Court of Protection, Lasting Power of Attorney, trusts and tax planning.
