  • 3+ PQE (qualified solicitor or CILEX)
  • Unrivalled progression opportunities – typical lawyer will progress up to Partner
  • Extremely good employee retention rates
  • Hybrid working
  • Caseload of mainly HNW probate and estate planning
  • Will consider part-time hours

A growing law firm in Coventry is looking for a Private Client Lawyer (qualified solicitor or CILEX) with at least three years’ experience (but could have much more) to come in and find “their forever home”, enjoying progression all the way up to Partner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with solid all-round private client experience to move into a more specialised role, concentrating on estate planning matters for HNW individuals and families.

The firm has extremely good employee retention rates due to the investment it makes in its team members – so if you are looking for somewhere you can be for a long time, while still enjoying fast progression and increased reward, this is the role for you.

You’ll be able to work from home for part of your week and the firm will also consider candidates looking for part-time hours.

The team is based across two offices, and you’ll get to collaborate on cases with colleagues in both locations – as well as take part in the socials and away days the team organises to discuss strategy. You’ll have a voice here and be asked to contribute your opinion to the growth of the team and firm.

The benefits package includes an enhanced annual leave allowance, including Christmas and your birthday off, and a healthcare package.
