Are you a newly qualified solicitor or experienced Court of Protection paralegal ready to broaden your horizons?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Private Client team based in South Manchester. Whether you’re looking for your first solicitor role or want to develop your experience with wills, probate, and court of protection work, you’ll be joining a friendly, forward-thinking team that offers genuine career progression.
You’ll work alongside four solicitors, a trainee, a paralegal, and three admin staff, with the support you need to hit the ground running. With a team member due to go on maternity leave in October, there’s a natural gap to step into, and room to make the role your own.
Who we’re looking for
- Paralegal or Solicitor with 0–1 year PQE
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Court of Protection or Private Client
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
- Willingness to develop technical skills in wills, probate, and estate admin
- Interest in pursuing STEP qualification
- Friendly, proactive team player with growth ambitions
Salary & benefits
- £28,000–£38,000 (depending on experience)
