This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to step up into a Partner role within a nationally recognised, Tier 1 Legal 500 team.
You’ll join a practice with real momentum, led by an ambitious National Head of Private Client who has already built the Leeds team from the ground up and is now focused on replicating that success across the country. Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Solicitor with 8+ PQE
- Proven track record of handling complex and HNW estates, wills, trusts and tax planning
- Expertise in one or more niche areas – e.g. cross-border work, business wealth, agricultural clients, complex trusts, PI/disabled trusts
- Experience of building strong networks and bringing in work or referrals
- STEP qualified or working towards
- Ambitious, collaborative, and excited by growth opportunities
What you’ll be doing
- Running a caseload of complex, HNW and specialist private client matters
- Developing your own niche or area of expertise within the wider team
- Building and maintaining relationships with referrers and professional networks
- Playing a key role in the Sheffield office while contributing to the national team’s growth
- Supporting and mentoring other lawyers within the practice
- Taking on a leadership position within the national Private Client strategy
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £80k+ DOE (Partner level)
