This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Private Client lawyer to join a growing firm in a key leadership position. Whether you’re an experienced Senior Associate or already at Partner level, this role offers a clear platform to lead, supervise, and develop a successful team, with a competitive benefits package to match.
You’ll handle a high-quality private client caseload, including HNW estate planning matters, and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the team.
Who we’re looking for
- Private Client Senior Associate or Partner
- 8+ years’ PQE in private client work
- Experience handling HNW estates
- Supervisory experience – must be confident supporting and leading junior colleagues
- Business development mindset with the ability to spot and act on cross-referral opportunities
- Existing client contacts would be an advantage (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own caseload of private client matters, including HNW estate work
- Supervising and mentoring the Associate in the team
- Taking an active role in business development and growing the team’s presence in the region
- Building relationships with existing clients and generating new work through referrals and cross-practice collaboration
- Driving quality and performance across the team
