This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established private client team in Stockport that continues to grow.

You’ll be joining a settled and supportive team made up of experienced solicitors, junior lawyers and dedicated support staff, with plenty of good-quality work readily available. The role offers real autonomy over your caseload, alongside senior support where needed, and the chance to play a key part in developing more junior members of the team.

Who we’re looking for

• Private Client Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently
• Comfortable running a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Willingness to support and mentor junior team members (Desired)
• STEP qualified or keen to work towards STEP (Desired)
• Professional, approachable and collaborative in style

What you’ll be doing

• Managing your own caseload of Wills and Probate work autonomously
• Advising clients with clarity, care and professionalism
• Supporting more junior members of the team alongside the Head of Department
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
• Contributing to the continued development of the private client offering
