This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a long-standing, well-regarded team in Altrincham, stepping into a busy, well-managed caseload with work readily available from day one.
The role has arisen due to a planned departure, so you’ll be taking over an established caseload rather than building from scratch. The team is growing and well supported, but they specifically need a qualified solicitor who can handle matters independently and contribute to the wider team dynamic.
While the role would suit someone around 2–4 PQE, more senior candidates will also be considered, particularly where they can help support and guide junior solicitors within the team.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor 2–4 PQE
- Able to run your own private client caseload independently
- Broad experience across wills, LPAs and probate
- Collaborative, client-focused and comfortable in a busy office environment
- Probate-focused experience considered (Desired)
- Willingness to support and guide junior solicitors if more experienced (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own private client caseload
- Advising on wills, LPAs and probate matters
- Handling a diverse and interesting range of work
- Working closely with a friendly, experienced team in a client-facing role
Salary & Benefits
