Private Client Solicitor 3+ PQE – Hybrid Working – Full- or Part-time Available

A highly regarded, multi-site regional law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with at least three years’ experience in return for a competitive salary and the opportunity to work from home for part of your week. 

The successful candidate can work from any of the firm’s five established offices across the North West and therefore the role can be based in Liverpool, Warrington, Leigh or Runcorn.  

In addition, the role offers great flexibility and you will be able to work from home for two days per week.  

You will advise on a mixed caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts and Court of Protection work, including some complex estates and HNW matters. 

The firm has a significant flow of inbound work from its referral network and other channels. There is therefore no requirement to take part in any business development and there is a dedicated member of the team to qualify and vet new enquiries.  

You will find plenty of support here, with another fee earner, paralegal and secretary to help with your caseload. 

The firm will consider part-time applicants.
