As a Private Client Solicitor, your role will involve advising clients on aspects of trusts, management of estates, the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and other related duties. The ability to handle a full caseload and supervise a secretary is a mainstay of the role. With a professional yet warm demeanour, you will be expected to service walk-in clients efficiently, providing quality legal advice and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ PQE as well as extensive experience in inheritance tax, trusts, and estate administration, particularly with high-value estates. Your ability to connect with clients on a professional level will be critical.
