Are you a junior private client solicitor looking to develop your career with a respected firm that truly values its people?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Private Client team in Leeds City Centre, working under the guidance of an experienced Partner and alongside friendly, collaborative colleagues.
You’ll get exposure to high-quality private client work and enjoy a genuine opportunity to progress, with a clear path ahead and training funded where needed.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ–5 years’ PQE in private client or probate work
- Comfortable working with wills, LPAs, trusts/tax and probate
- Able to work independently with growing confidence
- Strong team player, communicator, and relationship builder
- Enthusiastic about client care and developing your professional reputation
- Business development and networking ability
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own caseload of private client work, increasing in independence over time
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; administer estates
- Work closely with other probate fee earners and senior solicitors
- Play an active role in marketing and business development
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team, reporting directly to the Partner in charge

- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
