Recruitment Consultant
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the ability to earn life-changing money and improve your career prospects, all while benefitting from unrivalled flexibility and a four-day week (where you get paid for five)?
We’re a specialist legal recruitment consultancy – known for our refreshing approach to all we do, we’re driven by the aim of becoming THE best company to work for.
Indeed, our unique way of doing things has attracted a lot of attention in recent years and we’ve been shortlisted for (and often won!) regional and national awards, including the Recruiter Awards and Investing in Talent Awards. We’ve also regularly featured in national media, such as The Times and Law Gazette.
What we offer:
A commission scheme that will allow you to earn up to 40% of all your billings.
It’s easier to bill money here (and therefore earn more commission) because of our large and highly skilled marketing and support teams – as well as doing the obvious (they format CVs for you, type up your adverts), they go the extra mile and not only leave you to do what you do best – matching the right lawyers with the right law firms – but actively contribute to your success (half of all candidates reaching interview stage are typically generated by our marketing and support teams)
The flexibility to fit your work around your other commitments; this includes the opportunity to work up to 80% of your week from home if you wish, and Flexi-Friday, our version of the four-day week.
A comprehensive training programme that will further develop your skills (and earning potential) and a proven strategy that will help you build something of your own, as you’ll work towards becoming the go-to person in your area of specialism.
A transparent progression framework
Quarterly cash bonuses and social incentives
A health cash plan with upgraded benefits (including private medical insurance and life insurance) along the way
Up to 30 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown), rising with years of service.
We’ve also just opened a brand-new HQ in the centre of Altrincham – a lively and pretty town with some very famous hospitality brands and market food court – so you’ll have a fantastic working environment with lots of social activities to take part in on the days you are in the office.
Who we’re looking for:
You will have a growth mindset, be a team player, and be truly down-to-earth – you’ll then slot nicely into our close-knit team of award-winning recruiters and support team members.
You will have experience of working in a 360 recruitment role
You will have varied candidate resourcing skills (e.g. internal database, job boards, LinkedIn)
You will be a self-starter, just as comfortable and productive working remotely as you are in the office
This role will especially suit you if you are an experienced recruiter – not necessarily in the legal sector – who wants to earn more money, in an environment free of arbitrary KPIs, spend less time in the office, and more time with family or friends (or just have a bit more time for you!), and work for a business with a strong sense of purpose and social impact.
