You’ll have the chance to take advantage of our comprehensive training programme, further develop your skills (and earning potential) and build something of your own, as you’ll work towards becoming the go-to person in your area of specialism using our tried and tested approach to doing so.

You’ll also be able to fit your work around your other commitments as a result of our high trust, high choice working structures, which include the opportunity to work 80% of your week from home if you wish, and Flexi-Friday, our version of the four-day week.

We’ve also just opened a brand-new HQ in the centre of Altrincham – a lively and pretty town with some very famous hospitality brands and market food court – so you’ll have a fantastic working environment with lots of social activities to take part in on the days you are in the office.

What’s more, with a large and skilled support team in place, you won’t have to format any of your own CVs or write any of your own job adverts. In fact, half of all candidates reaching interview stage in Q3 this year were generated by our in-house support team. All these aspects of your role are taken care of, leaving you to do what you do best – matching the right lawyers with the right law firms.
