Who we’re looking for
- 1+ year PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident in managing a full caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Experience supervising junior staff and supporting trainees
- Exposure to forecasting and understanding financial performance
- Open-minded, culturally engaged, and ready to get involved
- Preferably not overly corporate, this team is friendly, collaborative, and down to earth
Salary & benefits
- £30,000–£39,000, depending on experience
- One day WFH after probation
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Flexible start/finish times and part-time considered (4 days)
