This is an opportunity to join one of the North West’s fastest-growing Residential Property teams within a long-established firm that combines traditional foundations with modern ambition.
The department is experiencing record growth, and they now need an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can take ownership of files, support junior colleagues and help drive standards even higher.

Who we’re looking for
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to run a full conveyancing caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Methodical, calm and client-focused personality
- Strong client communication skills and empathy
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (Desired)
- Experience across sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, transfers and new builds (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end
- Conducting searches, raising enquiries and investigating title
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and documentation
- Liaising with agents, lenders and clients
- Overseeing exchange and completion
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Mentoring within your pod (supported by an admin assistant and paralegal)
You’ll initially step into a manageable caseload (approx. 20–30 files), with scope to grow as you settle in. Current fee earners are busy, so there is work readily available.
