We’re working with one of Yorkshire’s most respected full-service law firms, to help them find an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their award-winning team in Wakefield.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with ambitious growth plans and a strong, values-driven culture. You’ll be part of a large conveyancing team spread across multiple offices and work closely with respected leaders, known for their industry insight, directness and commitment to client care.
Whether you’re a qualified solicitor or an experienced fee-earner with the ability to run a residential caseload, this firm offers an environment where you can truly make an impact and enjoy a healthy work/life balance.
Who we’re looking for
- 2–8+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Able to run a caseload independently from instruction to completion
- Experience with high-net-worth or diverse conveyancing matters
- Confident and friendly – fits into the relaxed, sociable culture
- Team-first mentality and cool under pressure
- Forward-thinking and adaptable in approach
What you’ll be doing
- Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload (excluding New Build)
- Managing client communications and ensuring high levels of service
- Collaborating with colleagues across different offices
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the Wakefield team
- Option to take on leadership or mentoring responsibilities, depending on experience
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- 5 weeks’ annual leave + bank holidays + company closure days
